Jeff Cunningham brings over 35 years of real estate experience to the Valley of the Sun. Over the years, he has been involved in the functional analysis, day-to-day operations, renovations, conversion, management, and sale of many commercial real estate assets.
Before joining PMGR, Jeff was a Managing Director of Paramount Lodging Advisors, Phoenix, and a Senior Associate with CBRE Hotels. Jeff worked on evaluating, marketing, acquiring, and disposing of lodging properties. In addition to individual property analysis, Jeff drafted negotiated contracts, analyzed regional and local market demographics, compiled and reviewed comparable sales data, and maintained and serviced a large client database.
Jeff has closed several major transactions involving complicated deal structure scenarios requiring an understanding of financing to conclude these transactions successfully.
